📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering processes to maintain optimal stock.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.,Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.,Resolve any issues related to warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
