PT RAJAWALI PUTRA MERAPI is seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team and drive the expansion of our stainless steel materials business in Bekasi Timur, Jawa Barat. As a B2B Marketing & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team, leveraging your marketing skills to create and execute strategic campaigns that attract and retain high-value clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing and sales strategies.
• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the stainless steel materials industry.
• Prepare and present sales reports and market analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in the stainless steel or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in Google Ads or other relevant marketing certifications is a plus.
