📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and schedule social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the creation and management of social media campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social is a plus.
