📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Assist in the development and maintenance of employer branding initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
