You will use tools like SAP and CRM systems to track collections and maintain accurate records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate settlements.
- Record and update collection data in SAP and CRM systems.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to clients.
- Monitor and report collection progress to the team and management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or related fields.
- Proven track record in debt recovery and collections.
- Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid ID and vehicle (preferred).
- Ability to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
