📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure critical funding for UNHCR's programs.
• Lead and manage a dynamic team of fundraising professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key donors, foundations, and corporate partners to secure funding.
• Monitor and report on fundraising activities, tracking progress towards targets and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with UNHCR's global fundraising strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fundraising and grant management.
• Represent UNHCR at fundraising events and conferences, both locally and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with UNHCR's policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, grant management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully securing funding for humanitarian programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors and partners.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
