📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Coordinate training and development programs,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies,Support management in workforce planning and budgeting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
