📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements and culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
