Tanggung Jawab:
Managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.Coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain efficient service.Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.Training and developing junior staff to improve service quality.Monitoring and reporting sales and customer feedback.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Recent graduate or limited experience in restaurant management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Basic knowledge of food and beverage industry.Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.Passion for food and customer service.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.🛠️ Keahlian
