Village Glow Berjaya is seeking a Lead IT Support to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure and support team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing excellent support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the IT support team, ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Conduct regular training sessions for the IT support team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet their business needs.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on leadership and team management.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
