📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate department.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and support.,Assist in training and mentoring new receptionists as needed.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to handle customer complaints and conflicts professionally.
