Sun Home Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and food quality. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.,Monitor and control costs to ensure that the restaurant operates profitably.,Work with the executive team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food service standards.,Ability to work well with a diverse team of employees and customers.
