📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and attract top talent for our clients' needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends in Bali.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools is a plus.
