📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our bakery products and services.,Manage and oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation and performance.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and marketing partners.,Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retail or food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.
