Food Hub Ekspansindo is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Pastry Chef to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing pastry recipes, ensuring the quality and consistency of our products, and leading a team of pastry chefs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement pastry recipes to meet customer demands and maintain product quality standards.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain high standards of work and product quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pastry products into the overall menu.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pastry making.,Participate in quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence in product taste and presentation.,Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating and executing high-quality pastry recipes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international pastry trends and techniques.,Proficiency in using pastry equipment and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
