📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing and supervising branch staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service activities.,Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to the Branch Manager.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training and development opportunities.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or financial institution.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with banking or financial services industry is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
