📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and other desserts.,Ensure that all pastries are baked to the correct temperature and have the right texture.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers.,Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.,Work with the kitchen team to ensure that pastries are prepared and served on time.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure that all pastries meet our standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
