📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 for detailed design and project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital projects architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
