📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Leading and managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance and productivity.,Monitoring and analyzing section performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborating with other departments to drive organizational objectives and initiatives.,Representing the company in internal and external meetings and events.,Identifying and addressing any operational issues or challenges within the section.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a corporate environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
