📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform financial diligence assessments on potential investments and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Analyze financial statements and other financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed financial diligence reports and presentations for clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business and financial objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial diligence or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Experience with financial software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
