📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Lead the financial planning and analysis process to support business growth and decision-making.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and budgeting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
