PT Pratama Maritim is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work both on-site and remotely. We are looking for a proactive individual who is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and assets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of personnel and property.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, including reporting and documenting incidents.,Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control, visitor management, and emergency protocols.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security activities and incidents.,Provide support and assistance to employees in case of security-related concerns or issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a maritime or industrial environment.,Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.,Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to security and safety.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid security clearance or equivalent experience.,Ability to work both on-site and remotely.
