📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of students.,Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to help them improve.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices, and incorporate new strategies into your teaching.,Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the school.,Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the institution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Promote and uphold the values and principles of Makmur Rama Restaurant, both in and out of the classroom.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
