CV Melati Ratu is looking for an experienced Lead Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles. You will work closely with our team of mechanics to ensure that all vehicles are in optimal condition and ready for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles,Work closely with the team of mechanics to ensure that all vehicles are in optimal condition,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures,Inspect vehicles to identify any potential issues and recommend appropriate repairs,Train and mentor junior mechanics,Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a safe and efficient manner,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that vehicles are available when needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic or in a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of mechanics,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance,Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards
