As a Lead Staff Service, you will be responsible for managing our cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Handle cash transactions and ensure proper record-keeping.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Train and mentor new staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic accounting and inventory management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Must be able to work evenings and weekends.,Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.,Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
