📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and lead a team of store staff to achieve sales and service targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successful store management and team leadership.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.,Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
