📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient health status.,Document patient medical histories, vital signs, and treatment plans accurately and promptly.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment, adhering to infection control protocols.,Assist in the management of medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Professional certification or license as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Fluency in English is a plus but not mandatory.
