📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing direct patient care and monitoring patient health status.
• Administrating medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Documenting patient care activities accurately and maintaining patient records.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of the nursing unit.
• Promoting a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs.
• Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license and certification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is preferred.
