Indonesia Food is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure the company has the necessary supplies and materials to meet its operational needs. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality materials.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct cost analysis and negotiate prices to ensure the company gets the best value for money.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
