📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow professionally.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
