Shop Star Abadi is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, handling cash transactions, and contributing to the overall sales performance of our store. If you are passionate about retail and customer service, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Stock and organize merchandise as needed,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Assist with promotional activities and sales events,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and cash handling

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or cashier roles is preferred,Strong communication and customer service skills,Basic computer literacy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Friendly and approachable personality,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
