📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Manage and supervise junior sales representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
