📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned retail outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing training and support to achieve sales targets.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to optimize turnover and minimize waste.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
