Express Point Jaya is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Bandung, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our products are well-stocked and presented. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are presented in an attractive and organized manner.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote our products and services to customers.,Manage budgets and expenses, and ensure that the store operates within its financial limits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar store or industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
