Global Fintech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee the DC Overdue Handling team. This role is crucial in managing and resolving overdue accounts efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and a deep understanding of financial operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the DC Overdue Handling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the overdue collection process.,Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and operational excellence.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overdue handling workflow.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely resolution of overdue accounts.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, collections, or a similar role in the financial services industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team in a customer service or collections environment.,Strong understanding of financial operations and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
