📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform technical repairs, maintenance, and inspections of motorcycles using industry-standard tools and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot motorcycle issues to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Assist customers with motorcycle purchases, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Maintain and organize workshop tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly service targets.
• Stay updated with the latest motorcycle technologies and repair techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic in a service center or similar environment.
• Certification in motorcycle repair and maintenance (e.g., AAMI, AMTI, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with motorcycle brands and models commonly found in Bali.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
