In this role, you'll be working closely with our chefs and staff to prepare and serve our signature pizzas, salads, and other menu items. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all health and safety standards are met. This is a hands-on role that offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in the culinary industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist chefs in preparing and cooking pizzas, pasta, and other menu items using our in-house recipes and tools like our pizza ovens and pasta machines.
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Assist in stock management, including ordering and storing ingredients, and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their food is prepared and served promptly.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the service area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Contribute to a positive and friendly work environment, supporting your team and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or service role, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg) for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with using pizza ovens, pasta machines, and other kitchen equipment.
• Passionate about food and customer service, with a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry.
