📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the club facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate with various departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, entertainment, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
• Lead and motivate the club operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive the club's success.
• Represent the club at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in club or resort operations, with a proven track record in managing high-end facilities.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple departments and teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
