We are seeking a talented Production Architect (Revit/BIM) to join our dynamic team at Sysgen Outsource Inc. As a Production Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing building information modeling (BIM) processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our project delivery efficiency and quality.

This is a full-time position located in Bali, with opportunities to work in various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from IDR 12,000,000 to IDR 20,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement BIM workflows to streamline project processes.
  • Create and maintain BIM standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and optimize Revit templates and libraries.
  • Provide technical support and training to the team on BIM tools and software.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM models are accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Participate in project reviews and provide feedback on BIM deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and technologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Information Modeling, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Production Architect or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Revit/BIM software and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with construction project management principles and practices.
