📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide accurate medication information and advice to customers.
• Assist customers with their health needs, including prescription refills and over-the-counter products.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and policies.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Perform basic pharmacy tasks such as compounding medications and preparing prescriptions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical knowledge and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems, such as ApotekNet or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid pharmacy license and certification from the Indonesian Pharmacy Association (IAP).
