📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the development and implementation of climate action programs, ensuring alignment with international sustainability standards.
• Conduct carbon footprint assessments and develop strategies to reduce our environmental impact, leveraging tools like ArcGIS and ClimateWorks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate renewable energy solutions into our operations, enhancing both sustainability and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on the progress of climate initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders and the executive team.
• Foster a culture of sustainability within the organization, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the field of environmental sustainability, incorporating innovative solutions into our strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, advocating for our sustainability efforts and sharing best practices.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on the importance of sustainability and their role in achieving our climate goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in climate leadership and sustainability strategy.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing climate action programs, with a focus on reducing carbon footprints and integrating renewable energy.
• Certifications in sustainability management, such as LEED AP, or equivalent, are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using environmental management software, including ArcGIS and ClimateWorks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving meaningful change in the fight against climate change.
