📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best products at competitive prices.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and sales to align product offerings with business goals.
• Monitor product performance and provide insights to improve sales and profitability.
• Assist in developing and implementing merchandising strategies to enhance store visibility and customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities and supplier interactions.
• Participate in trade shows and events to showcase our products and build relationships with key industry players.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain management, and market trends.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for the fashion and retail industry.
