🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Proficient in using process mapping tools and data analytics software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
